switching to crypto for betting - any pitfalls?
Hey guys, I’ve been thinking about moving my betting and some casual slots play over to crypto completely. The bank fees and their constant "source of wealth" checks are just getting on my nerves lately.
Has anyone here fully committed to this? I’m a bit paranoid about the "provably fair" stuff — is it actually legit or just a marketing buzzword? Also, I’m worried about withdrawal speeds, because some sites claim they are instant but then you're stuck waiting for manual approvals for 3 days. Would love to hear some honest experiences, even if they aren't all great.

Man, I totally get the frustration with banks. I had my main account flagged last month just for a weekend parlay win, it's ridiculous.
Regarding the crypto thing, it's a bit of a mixed bag. I tried a couple of platforms that were super sketchy, but eventually, I settled on a few that actually work. The "provably fair" thing is usually okay if the provider is big, but always check the transaction on the chain anyway. Regarding the speed — it’s usually fast, though I did have one withdrawal take a bit longer than an hour once because of network congestion (or maybe their internal check, idk). Still better than waiting a week for a bank wire. Just start small and see if the UI clicks for you. It’s not perfect, but it does the job without the bank drama.
